Mag. Robert Golobinek is a lawyer, working at the Slovenian Ministry of Justice in the area of Criminal law and Human rights. He was chairing a working group on implementation of EU e-evidence package and Second protocol to Cybercrime convention in Slovenia. In the past he worked in Slovenian Criminal police and later in diplomacy. He participated in the work of Council of Europe committees and is engaged as Council of Europe expert in areas of Cybercrime and targeting proceeds of crime, including crypto currencies.
