Raluca-Andreea Iordache is working in the financial unit of Cybercrime Programme Office based in Bucharest. She joined Council of Europe in 2023 and she is in charge with the financial implementation of various projects.
She has previous work experience in the private sector in France and in Romania, with a focus on business administration and legal compliance.
Raluca holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a technical college degree in accounting and finance.
