Currently Head of Investigations, EMEA at Binance. Prior to joining Binance, I had over a decade of experience serving as a law enforcement officer, predominantly in the area of fighting cybercrime. Former Lithuanian national representative to the CoE T-CY Committee, as well as a former seconded national expert at Europol's SIRIUS team, both formats focusing on cross-border access to e-evidence. I'm passionate about connecting relevant stakeholders and dedicated to building bridges between the public and private sectors to advance cybersecurity and digital investigations.
