Judith Herrnfeld was appointed as a prosecutor in 2007 at the Prosecution Service in Vienna, where she was dealing with MLA and extradition cases as well as economic crime. Since 2012 she is seconded to the Ministry of Justice and has been focussing on legislation in the area of cross border cooperation (e-evidence, Second Additional Protocol to the Budapest Convention and UN Cybercrime Convention etc.).
