iPROCEEDS-2: Last series of Training on Trainers on Training Skills concluded in North Macedonia

Between 2123 February 2023, the iPROCEEDS-2 project delivered to Albanian, Bosnian and North Macedonian magistrates and law enforcement specialists the Training of Trainers (ToT) on Training Skills. The programme was designed primarily on how to deliver training courses on cybercrime and electronic evidence.

The course was born out of the consideration that substantive knowledge and ability to train do not come as a package. Whilst some experts are natural-born trainers or have a natural flair or talent for training, others might need to be made trainers.

The training focused on ensuring that courses implemented at domestic level are sufficiently hands-on so as to be able to address not only knowledge, but also the skills and practical competences of participants, using a variety of different methods that would also make them able to trigger interest amongst members of the judiciary.

This activity was the last one in the series of ToT on Training Skills organised in the framework of the iPROCEEDS-2 project, after having been carried out for all project countries/area in order to ensure the increase of the available pool of domestic trainers and their knowledge.
