Edora binti Ahmad serves as the Deputy Chief Executive (Legal Management) at Malaysia’s National Cyber Security Agency (NACSA). In this capacity, she plays a key role in shaping the country's cybersecurity and cybercrime legal frameworks. Previously, she was the Director of the Cyber Legal Integration Division, where she led the drafting of the Cyber Security Act 2024 [Act 854]. Currently, Ms. Edora Ahmad is spearheading the drafting of Malaysia’s forthcoming Cybercrime Bill. Her expertise also encompasses Malaysia’s proposed accession to both the Convention on Cybercrime (Budapest Convention, ETS No. 185) and the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime
