A new Call for tenders (2024AO59ter), for the provision of event management services in Kenya, was published.

The Council of Europe will organise the Third African Forum on cybercrime and electronic evidence in Nairobi, Kenya during 25–27 November 2025.

This Forum will take place in-person over 3 days, expects to receive 350 participants and will be developed in the following format:

• Opening and closing sessions (on the first and last day)
• Two plenary discussions (during 2 days)
• 12 thematic workshops* (6 per day during 2 days)

* Some of the thematic workshops will be livestreamed.

In that aim, the Council of Europe is looking for a maximum of 2 Providers (provided at least one tender meets the criteria indicated below) in order to support the organisation and implementation of the Third African Forum on cybercrime and electronic evidence with a particular expertise in event organisation services.

The call is divided in 2 lots:

• Lot 1 concerns the provision of accommodation, catering and transfers in support of the organisation of the Forum
• Lot 2 concerns the provision of Graphic design services and priting of visibility items, including the provision of selected visibility items.

The deadline for submitting bids is 8 September 2025, at 17h00 GMT+03:00 (16h00 CET).
