The Cybercrime Programme Office of the Council of Europe (C-PROC), based in Bucharest, Romania, invites applications from qualified candidates interested in a position of Project Officer, to carry out multiple assignments to assist the management and implementation of the GLACY-e joint European Union-Council of Europe project.
C-PROC is assisting countries worldwide in strengthening their legal systems capacity to respond to the challenges posed by cybercrime and electronic evidence on the basis of the standards of the Convention on Cybercrime (Budapest Convention). Through its team, the GLACY-e project aims to strengthen the capacities of states worldwide to apply legislation on cybercrime and electronic evidence, enhance their ability to engage in effective international cooperation in this area, and foster south-south cooperation.
