Ben serves on the Security Legal team at Meta handling issues related to government access to data, including those with a cross border element such as the operation of the CLOUD Act agreements. Prior to joining Meta, Ben worked at the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, focusing on negotiating agreements like the Second Additional Protocol to the Budapest Convention. He served on the Bureau to the T-CY Plenary and chaired the G7 High Tech Crime Subgroup.
