Kateryna Berezovska is a Senior Project Officer at the Cybercrime Division of the Council of Europe, working for the regional project covering the Eastern Partnership region, addressing issues of cybercrime and electronic evidence since 2024. She is Based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

She started her career with the Regional Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova in 2004, spending around 10 years within the International Red Cross Movement. One of the major achievements is the Ratification of the III Additional Protocol to Geneva Conventions in Ukraine. She has wide experience working in cooperation and managing projects for such international organizations as European Parliament, Council of Europe Office in Kyiv,  Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (UK) and others in the area of digitalization, public administration, recovery and economic resilience. She specialises on conflict sensitivity and mediation. Together with 37 Ambassadors in Ukraine, she was involved in the organization of the Charity Bazaars of the International Women’s Club.

She graduated from the World Bank Institute with Safe and Resilient Cities approach and the National Aviation University of Ukraine with a degree in Environmental Protection.
