Aisling Kelly is the Head of the Cybercrime Division at the Council of Europe. Previously, she led Microsoft's Law Enforcement & National Security team in Europe. She is a former prosecutor of the Irish Director of Public Prosecutions, and the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
