Territorial democracy: the role of public participation in the process of sustainable territorial development of the European continent

Napflion, Greece, 17 June 2014

The 16th session of the Council of Europe Conference of Ministers responsible for Spatial/Regional Planning (CEMAT) took place in Napflion (Greece) on 17 June 2014.

In this occasion, the "Napflion Declaration: promoting territorial democracy in spatial planning" and two other resolutions on the outcomes of European co-operation in the field of spatial planning and on the contribution of CEMAT to the achievement of the goals of the Council of Europe were adopted by the Ministers.

Deputy Secretary General Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni attended the session.
