On 21 November 2025, the CEPEJ's European Cyberjustice Network (ECN) will hold its annual meeting. The agenda for this meeting will include a presentation and discussion of the CEPEJ Guidelines on the online publication of judicial decisions aiming at furthering legal knowledge, which were adopted by the CEPEJ in December 2024.
Following the presentation of the guidelines by Monica Palmirani (University of Bologna), national good practices from France, Italy and Slovenia will be discussed.
This year's keynote, followed by a discussion, is given by Wojciech Wiewiórowski, the European Data Protection Supervisor, on the topic of 'Human Oversight of Automated Decision-Making'.
The ECN is the CEPEJ's forum for exchange and mutual learning on the digital transformation of judiciaries in line with Human Rights standards. It is composed of experts and practitioners directly involved in the digitalisation of courts.
