Dashboard Western Balkans: Publication by CEPEJ of the 2024 data analyses

The CEPEJ has released the results of the fourth cycle of the "Dashboard for the Western Balkans," containing 2024 data for Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Kosovo*. A comparative first section allows for the identification of regional trends concerning 12 indicators related to the efficiency and quality of judicial systems. The comparative section also includes an overview of judicial reforms.

"Beneficiary Profiles" complement this report by presenting in-depth analyses of each judicial system through infographics, tables, and graphs, comparing data with previous cycles and regional medians. Each profile also includes a specific analysis of certain indicators related to the independence and accountability of the judicial system, along with a two-page summary.

The action "Dashboard for the Western Balkans: Towards a Better Assessment of the Results of Judicial Reform Efforts in the Western Balkans" is part of the second phase of the "Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey II" program, funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe.
