International Criminal Justice
As part of its work, the CAHDI follows the developments relating to international criminal justice. In this respect, the Committee considers in particular two issues at its meetings:
- The developments concerning the International Criminal Court (ICC)
- The implementation and functioning of other international criminal tribunals (ICTY, ICTR, Sierra Leone, Lebanon, Cambodia)
