On Monday 3 October 2022 yoga vinyasa classes resume in the Bastion of the Palais, every Monday at 12:15 in romm 1 and every Tuesday at 12:15 in room 2. The Thursday evening class will resume only in November.

It is necessary to enrol prior to each class by sending a message to the teacher (the day before at the latest, subject to the number of available places).
