Dear colleagues and friends of literature,

The Council of Europe Staff Association invites you to explore the world of Estonian author Mehis Heinsaar on October 6, during two events organized in Strasbourg centered on his novel *La Forêt des Oubliés*.

The event will begin at 1:30 p.m. at the Palais de l’Europe, in Room 10, in partnership with the Chapitre 8 bookstore. Antoine Chalvin, the translator of "The Forest of the Forgotten", will also be present to facilitate the discussion and provide interpretation.

For those outside the Council of Europe who wish to attend the event at the Palais de l’Europe, please register in advance by emailing [email protected].The secretariat will prepare your visitor badge and welcome you at the reception desk on the day of the event.

The event will continue at 6:00 p.m. at the Bateliers bookstore, offering a second opportunity to meet Mehis Heinsaar and continue the discussion about his novel.
