The Amicale Back-to-Work Party at the Council of Europe will take place on Friday, 18 September 2026 at the Restaurant Bleu in the Palais de l’Europe. This festive and friendly gathering is open to staff members of the Council of Europe, permanent representations, the European Parliament, and the European Ombudsman, as well as their families and friends.
On the occasion of Monaco’s Presidency of the Committee of Ministers, the evening will be themed "In the colours of the Monégasque flag" and is organised in partnership with the Permanent Representation of Monaco to the Council of Europe.
Programme
- 8:30 pm: Doors open – Access via Rue Sforza, located at the rear of the Palais de l’Europe / Quai du Bassin de l’Ill
- 8:50 pm: Speeches by Denis HUBER, President of Amicale, and Mr Gabriel REVEL, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Monaco to the Council of Europe
- 9:00 pm: Musical interlude presented by Exodity, a Monégasque rock band composed of three brothers
- 10:00 pm: Friendly drink offered by the Permanent Representation of Monaco to the Council of Europe
- 10:30 pm: Cuban salsa demonstrations by the Salsa Picante Dance Section of the Amicale at the Council of Europe
- 10:45 pm: Musical entertainment – DJ
Access badges are mandatory for invited external guests and must be collected at the Amicale office between Wednesday, 16 September and Thursday, 17 September.
Dress code: In the colours of the Monégasque flag; a surprise gift will be awarded to the two best outfits (male / female).
Photos & Video: A photographer will be present during the evening. A short video and the photos taken will be later available on the Amicale Intranet and website. By attending the Back-to-Work Party, you consent to the taking of photos and videos. Amicale accepts no liability for the distribution of these materials.
