LAINIO Jarmo

Jarmo Lainio is Full Professor of Finnish at Stockholm University, since 2008. His main research interests lie in the field of sociolinguistics and educational linguistics, in particular concerning multilingual education. He has been a member of the Committee of Experts (ComEx) on behalf of Sweden since 2006. He was re-elected Vice Chair of the ComEx in 2017. As a member of the ComEx he has also been the chair of the working group revisiting the changing media field, in order to evaluate the monitoring of several of the Charter articles dealing with media and digitization.
