MOTIVATION

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am applying for the post of rapporteur because I wish to be part of the INGO conference governance team and help make civil society's voice heard within the Council of Europe.

Being of French nationality but born in the United States, my life has been shared between different countries, enabling me to acquire a triple culture: Mediterranean, French and English-speaking, broadening my global vision and my understanding of socio-cultural processes and international relations.

My diverse professional and voluntary-sector experience in the education and sport sectors has helped me build my capacity to adapt and learn how to resolve both human and organisational problems.

Currently vice-president of the European Parents Association, I wish to make all the know-how and experience I have gained available to the conference and help to strengthen the spirit of participatory democracy by developing exchanges between the bodies and organisations in place.

In addition to my knowledge, culture and multidisciplinary training (specialist in mediation and conflict management), my commitment, my attention to detail and above all my passion for communication, teamwork and exchange will be major assets for this type of role and I would be keen to contribute to the implementation of a European policy line shared by all.
