Le Réseau Euro-Méditerranéen des Centres spécialisés

Un des points forts de l'Accord est d’avoir cherché à assurer l’intérêt et la participation directe des États membres, en favorisant la création de Centres Euro-méditerranéens spécialisés, qui sont actuellement au nombre de 26.

Ces structures facilitent la contribution concrète aux objectifs communs des différents partenaires à travers la mise en œuvre de programmes européens d’information, de formation, de recherche et d'expertise. Leur rôle spécifique est donc de développer des projets, tant au niveau national que régional, qui visent à améliorer au sein de la population la sensibilisation et la résilience aux risques majeurs.
