CALL FOR PROJECTS DEADLINES
CO-PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION AND DIGITISATION SUPPORT


There are 4 deadlines each year for co-production, distribution and digitisation support.

Requests for support should be submitted using the official Application Form (co-production, distribution, and digitisation), accompanied by the requested documentation.

To be taken into consideration for the subsequent meeting of the Board of Management,

all material must be received in the offices of the Executive Director,  no later than the official deadline published by the Secretariat.

at the date of submission of the support application, 50% of the financing must be confirmed for each co-producing country 		dates of publication of exchange

Please use IMPERATIVELY the exchange rates for foreign currencies into euros set by the Finance Directorate of the Council of Europe and published on the Eurimages website [cf point 2.3.2 (Co-production), point 7.2 (Distribution) of the Regulations].

THEATRES SUPPORT 
For the Theatres Support there is an annual deadline, 30 September, for financial support the following year. Consult the regulations.
