The Council of Europe has appointed Elise Jalladeau as Executive Director of Eurimages.  She succeeds Susan Newman Baudais, who will step down upon her retirement.

Elise Jalladeau joins Eurimages on 1 October 2026 from the Thessaloniki International Film Festival, where she served as Director General.

She brings to the Fund extensive experience as a producer, having worked with filmmakers from around the world.

The Eurimages team takes this opportunity to thank Susan for her commitment and her contribution to the Fund’s success over the past years. The team also warmly welcomes Elise and looks forward to working with her in her new role.
