The latest update of the Case law of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) relevant for the application of European Conventions on international co-operation in criminal matters is now available. This document, prepared by PC-OC experts, contains an index with keywords and summaries of Case Law by the ECtHR of particular relevance to practitioners involved in the application of the Council of Europe Conventions on extradition, on mutual assistance in criminal matters, on the transfer of sentenced persons, on the international validity of criminal judgments as well as on the transfer of proceedings in criminal matters.
