On 3 mars 2025, the Republic of Chile acceded to the European Convention on Extradition (ETS No. 24), the Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition (ETS No. 86), and the Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition (ETS No. 98). The Convention will enter into force with regard to Chile on 1 June 2025.
