Committee of Experts on the Operation of European Conventions on Co-operation in Criminal Matters (PC-OC)

The PC-OC held its 81^st meeting on 18-20 May. Main items on the agenda included international co-operation in criminal matters with non-member states of the Council of Europe, consequences of the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine on international co-operation, discussions on practical experiences regarding extradition and mutual legal assistance proceedings, the application of the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters to co-operation with the European Public Prosecutor’s Office, and proposals for an update of this Convention.
