The main items on the agenda included the examination of the responses to questionnaires concerning confidentiality within the framework of the mutual assistance process and the application of the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons, as well as the supervision of conditionally sentenced/released offenders. The PC-OC Mod also discussed the accession of third States to Council of Europe conventions on international co-operation in criminal matters and the update of the publication “Extradition: European standards” with the expert entrusted with this work, Ms Raquel Tavares.
