31.07.2018 - On 13 July 2018, the Administrative Tribunal registered appeal No. 591/2018 – Michel BRECHENMACHER v. Secretary General. The appellant seeks annulment of the decision to remove him from his post as a disciplinary measure. This information is given to enable those who so wish to exercise their right to intervene under Article 10 of the Statute of the Administrative Tribunal.

15.06.2018 - A hearing was held before the Administrative Tribunal on Friday 22 June 2018 in the Tribunal’s hearing room in the D building at 10.30 a.m. in appeal No. 588/2018 - Jannick DEVAUX (III) v. Secretary General. The hearing was chaired by Mr András BAKA, Deputy Chair of the Tribunal.
