The Project Promoting Multilevel Dialogue, Open Government and Human Rights at Local Level in the Republic of Moldova is planning to organise an International Conference on Multilevel Governance on 29 April 2026 in Chisinau, expected to bring together up to 120 participants.

In this context, the Project is seeking a Provider for the provision of fully equipped training/workshop halls and catering services for the full-day event.

Interested Providers are invited to submit their offers in accordance with the attached Tender File and Act of Engagement, which detail the full terms, conditions of engagement, and scope of services.
