The Council of Europe Project “Support to the Office of the Ombudsperson in the Protection of Human Rights in the Republic of Moldova – Phase II” is launching a call for the provision of event management services, including equipment and temporary infrastructure, for the organisation of the ”Human Rights Caravan” campaign, which will take place on 14 June in Fălești, 21 June in Hîncești, 28 June 2026 in Comrat.
In this context, the Council of Europe is inviting potential providers to apply and submit their offers in accordance with the attached documents.
The deadline for submission of offers is 21 May 2026 16h00 (Chisinau time).
