Council of Europe is launching a grants scheme to support the use of minority languages in the media, education, central and local institutions, and culture in Kosovo*, in the framework of the project “Fostering societal cohesion by reinforcing minority rights and minority languages”.

* All references to Kosovo, whether to the territory, institutions or population shall be understood in full compliance with United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 and without prejudice to the status of Kosovo.
