Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro, notably from the Disciplinary Commission, the Ethics Board and the Internal Control Unit took part in the training on ethics and prevention of conflict of interests which took place on 14 March 2018 in Podgorica in the framework of the COE’s Action Against Economic Crime. This training is the last of a series of activities to increase ethics and integrity for the judiciary and law enforcement, implemented within the EU-COE Horizontal Facility Action in Montenegro. The training material is based on the national laws, bylaws, and guidelines on ethics and prevention of conflict of interest produced under the project. Materials developed within this activity shall become integral part of regular training program for police officers in Montenegro as of next year.
