The national campaign committees and support groups of the No Hate Speech Movement are responsible for the movement's national campaigns.

They were constituted and operate according to guidelines laid down by the Council of Europe. The national campaigns have typically involved youth organisations and public institutions concerned with youth policy, Internet governance and safety, and human rights. Most campaigns focus on raising awareness of the risks hate speech poses to human rights and democracy, and on educational activities; they also advocate at the political level for appropriate responses to hate speech.
