At its 53rd meeting, the Programming Committee on Youth has agreed on the eligibility and allocation criteria for structural grants for international youth organisations and networks in 2026 and 2027.
Structural grants for international youth organisations and networks are foreseen in the EYF Statute in Article 4 and the EYF operational regulations and are intended to cover all or part of administrative expenses that youth organisations need to make to carry out the initiatives for which they have EYF support (international activities and annual work plans) or study sessions in co-operation with the European Youth Centres of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg and Budapest.

Organisations must submit an application for the structural grant in the EYF online grating system, fej.coe.int

The deadline for applying for structural grants is 1 October 2025.
An information session for international youth organisations and networks to provide further information will take place on 11 July 2025, from 10.00 to 11.30 CET.
