Invitation to EYF in-person information session with youth organisations

Like every year, the European Youth Foundation (EYF), in co-operation with the European Youth Forum (YFJ), is organising in-person information sessions in Brussels.

The sessions are designed for youth organisations planning to apply at the upcoming deadline of 1 October 2025, for 2026 annual work plansinternational activities and structural grants in 2026 and 2027. These sessions will provide guidance to support participants with the grant application process, an opportunity to learn about updates and discuss questions with the EYF. Discussions will also be included on the call for study sessions in 2026, as well as about the youth perspective, gender mainstreaming, accessibility, and the reform of the EYF.

Youth organisations can also request a bilateral meeting with the EYF.

The meeting will take place in person, at the Mundo Trône in Brussels (Address: Rue de l'Industrie 10, 1000 Brussels), and two sessions are organised:

  • Beginner session: 3 September 14:00 – 18:00 and 4 September 9:30 - 12:00 : for participants with little or no experience in applying or implementing EYF funded international activities or work plans
  • Advanced session: 4 September 14:00 – 18:00 and 5 September 9:30 – 12:00 : for participants with previous experience in applying for and/or implementing activities with EYF grants

The sessions are open to international youth organisations and networks. Please note that the EYF will not cover any costs related to participation.

The sessions will provide information about the upcoming deadlines, the main characteristics of the grants for international activities, annual work plans and structural grants 2026-2027 as well as tips for writing successful applications, relevant updates, and space for questions and feedback.

There will be an opportunity for bilateral meetings. Bilateral meetings may include discussions and clarifications about current grants, reporting, future applications, changes in projects, among others.

If you are interested in participating, please register online by 24 August 2025 at the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/7XFSL8R

Participants unable to join the in-person sessions will have the opportunity to attend an online information session, which is foreseen around mid-September.
