Euro-Mediterranean Forum for Disaster Risk Governance, Health Preparedness, and Networking Advancement

At the invitation of Professor Roberto Mugavero, Director of the European Centre for Disaster Medicine (CEMEC), the Executive Secretary of the Agreement took part in the Euro-Mediterranean Forum for Disaster Risk Governance, Health Preparedness, and Networking Advancement organised in the Republic of San Marino on 3 to –5 July 2026, in conjunction with the CEMEC–WADEM Summer School in Disaster Medicine. 

At the Forum he outlined the EUR-OPA Major Hazards Agreements’ undertakings , carried out in the framework of the Council of Europe endeavours to protect the environment (link to the presentation).
