Eurimages is pleased to renew its partnership with the Festival du Nouveau Cinéma de Montréal (8-19 October 2025) for the 7th edition of Pitch Premières Œuvres. This co-operation marks the second edition of the 2024–2026 Eurimages Promotion Programme sponsorships, a cycle aimed at supporting international co-production.

This year, the Festival opens with fresh momentum under a new leadership team, sharing the ambition to provide a genuine launchpad for the creators of tomorrow.

Pitch Premières Œuvres will give six filmmakers the opportunity to present their debut projects to a jury of professionals and an audience of local and international industry representatives. More than just a competition, it is a unique chance to gain visibility and build networks within the global film industry.

Iris Cadoux, Project Manager at Eurimages, will attend this edition to present the Fund’s activities and answer participants’ questions.

Through this partnership, Eurimages reaffirms its commitment to fostering creativity and diversity, and to building bridges between European cinema and the wider world.
