Census observation and monitoring mission
From April 2012 to October 2014 the Council of Europe is implementing a Joint Programme financed by the European Commission Delegation to Bosnia and Herzegovina on Census Observation and Monitoring Mission for the Population and Housing Census in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The objective of the mission is to monitor both the preparation and execution of the Census, in order to verify the fair and impartial enumeration and post-enumeration of the population in accordance with international and European census standards.
