The Council of Europe, in the framework of the South Programme V, is calling for the provision of consultancy services for the development of a guide on the protection of personal data of victims of human trafficking.
The activities planned in this context include an analysis of the legal and institutional framework related to the protection of personal data of victims of human trafficking in Southern Mediterranean countries beneficiaries of the programme, extensive contribution in the development of a practical guide for the personal data protection of victims, promotion and training activities related to the Guide, drafting of training reports, workshops, and seminars.
Interested providers are invited to consult the Terms of reference of the call for tenders and to submit the filled in act of engagement along with the other documents to be provided by email only to the email address indicated in the terms of reference.
The expected start date is 03 July 2023
The deadline for submission of tenders is 23 June 2023
