At their 1347th meeting, on 29 May, the Ministers’ Deputies took a series of decisions on the follow-up to be given to the 129th Session of the Committee of Ministers, which took place on 16-17 May 2019, in Helsinki.

They also adopted the following texts:

• a resolution on the financial arrangements for the participation of non-member States in the Council of Europe Convention on Preventing and Combating Violence against Women and Domestic Violence (CETS No. 210);
• a declaration on the legacy of the four-year No Hate Speech Movement Youth Campaign, which was launched at the initiative of the Advisory Council on Youth in 2013.

In addition, the Deputies held exchanges of views with:

• Ms Feride Acar, President of the Group of Experts on Action against Violence against Women and Domestic Violence (GREVIO);
• Mr Davor Derenčinović, President of the Group of Experts on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings (GRETA), following his presentation of the Group's eighth general activity report.
