Ad hoc working parties are informal working structures of the Ministers' Deputies and have no decision-making power. They prepare decisions for the Committee of Ministers (CM) for adoption, ideally without debate.

Working party membership may be restricted or open, as decided by the Deputies. The latter also decide on whether observers can take part in the activities of the working parties.

There are currently two ad hoc working parties.

The documents of former groups may be consulted via the search tool by typing the group name or acronym in the "Corporate author" field.
