The Working Group on Cyberjustice and Artificial Intelligence (CEPEJ-GT-CYBERJUST) has, in accordance with its terms of reference, adopted by the CEPEJ in December 2019, decided to create a tool aiming at collecting and sharing good practices in the field of cyberjustice and artificial intelligence.
This tool, which takes the form of a platform accessible on the CEPEJ website, aims to provide an updated picture of the state of implementation of e-justice systems in Council of Europe member and observer States.
The good practice platform comprises the following main themes:

• the use of videoconferencing in court hearings;
• e-filing of court documents;
• online dispute resolution (ODR);
• online enforcement of court decisions;
• the use of artificial intelligence in the field of justice.

This platform is fed and regularly updated thanks to the contributions sent to the CEPEJ Secretariat by the members of the European e-Justice Network, composed of specialists from member States in this field, in charge of relaying between the innovations implemented within the European judicial systems and the CEPEJ.
