The CEPEJ has published, as it does every two years, a specific Study on Enforcement Agents which was prepared by the International Union of Judicial Officers (UIHJ), observer at the CEPEJ, based on 2022 data collected by the CEPEJ. This study, released on the CEPEJ website and on its dedicated database, CEPEJ-STAT, enriches the last CEPEJ European Judicial Systems Evaluation Report published in October 2024 and covers the organisation of the profession of enforcement agent, the implementation of enforcement procedures in civil and criminal matters, as well as the supervision of enforcement activities.
