Mr Aladdin Jafarov, Chairman of the Baku City Yasamal District Court, and Mr Mubariz Akbarov, Chairman of the Sheki Appeal Court, have agreed to share their views about the work carried out by the CEPEJ in Azerbaijan since July 2015. They have pointed in particular to the involvement of the pilot courts and of the CEPEJ team in implementing the tools developed by the CEPEJ. These tools aim to reduce judicial timeframes and improve the quality of services provided by the courts.
