Generative AI tools are becoming increasingly accessible and popular. Reports on the use of publicly available tools in the field of justice are increasing.
The CEPEJ’s Working group on Cyberjustice and Artificial Intelligence (CEPEJ-GT-CYBERJUST) issued this note to give some preliminary thought to what judges and other public sector justice professionals can expect from the use of generative AI tools in a judicial context.
