The CEPEJ - European Cyberjustice Network (ECN) will address the challenges of digital transformation of judiciaries during an online seminar to be held on 29 September 2022. The discussion will be focused on CEPEJ Guidelines on how to drive change towards Cybejustice (2016) and the Toolkit for the implementation of these Guidelines (2019).
The Handbook for the Implementation of Cyberjustice Projects in Spain developed under CEPEJ cooperation project “Promoting cyberjustice in Spain through change management” funded by the European Union via the Structural Reform Support Programme and in cooperation with the European Commission's DG Reform Support Service will also be presented.
The ongoing digital transformation of judiciaries requires good planning and sound implementation. What is needed to steer the transformation successfully? What are the specificities of cyberjustice projects? How to ensure buy-in of the legal professionals? This seminar addressed to practitioners involved in the digital transformation of courts and related services, will try to find answers to these questions based on an exchange of experiences.
