A delegation of CEPEJ experts went to Morocco from 21 to 24 April 2015 in the framework of the new South Programme II entitled “Towards strengthened democratic governance in the Southern Mediterranean”, funded by the European Union and implemented by the Council of Europe. An information day about the work of the CEPEJ has been organised for heads of jurisdictions and pilots prosecution authorities; a round table on the enforcement of decisions taken by administrative courts took also place. The CEPEJ delegation also visited three new pilot courts - the Administrative Court of Rabat, the Appeal Court of Rabat and the Commercial Court of Casablanca – where the CEPEJ tools for quality and judicial time management should be put into practice in the coming months.
