On 2-4 May 2022, the CJ/ENF-ISE will hold its 5th meeting and will discuss, inter alia, the content of a draft recommendation on the protection of the best interests of the child and his/her rights in parental separation situations and care proceedings, the planning for future consultations with children and with relevant stakeholders, and the scope of implementation tools to be developed.
