A study visit to the Netherlands was organised for Kazakh decision-makers on operation of mediation and restorative approach to crime and its positive impact to gain experience and to further develop legislative provisions. In the light of its well-established mediation institution and approaches to restorative justice, the Netherlands was selected for a study visit for the representatives of the Supreme Court, the Institute of Justice, the MoJ, the GPO, the Ministry of Interior, the Republican Collegium of Advocates and mediators.
