The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project on “Improving the Effectiveness of the Administrative Judiciary and Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Council of State” in Turkey. In this context the Council of Europe is seeking to recruit a maximum of 3 national consultants on an ad hoc basis for the provision of services in the following areas:
